• Blockchain Ledger Information: Public key wallet addresses, transaction hashes, and smart contract execution details on the Stellar network. Note: Stellar ledger records are public, immutable, and permanent.
• Verification Information (AML/KYC): Government-issued ID, certificate of incorporation, corporate register verification, and proof of address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to perform our contract obligations and fulfill local UAE regulatory requirements:

• To execute bulk fuel deliveries, manage logistics, and verify dispatch records.
• To verify eligibility for corporate accounts, KYC compliance, and anti-money laundering checks.
• To audit and track token reserve balances and distribute staking yields dynamically.
• To prevent fraud, cyberattacks, or illegal token transfers.

3. Data Storage & Security

NOC Emirates implements enterprise-grade technical and organizational security controls to safeguard data. Information is stored on encrypted clouds inside the UAE. However, please be aware that any information written directly to the Stellar blockchain ledger is publicly and permanently readable. We do not write personally identifiable information (PII) to blockchain metadata.

4. Information Sharing & Third-Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:

• Authorized distribution partners and transport contractors executing fuel deliveries.
• Compliance services performing automatic KYC/AML screening.
• Judicial or UAE federal agencies when legally compelled to do so.
