These Terms of Service govern your use of the website, platforms, physical fuel delivery services, and digital assets provided by NOC Emirates. By purchasing our fuel products, holding or trading the NOC Token, or using this platform, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Physical Fuel Supply & Logistics

All orders for bulk diesel, petrol, or lubricants are subject to the following rules:

• Delivery Timeline: Standard deliveries are scheduled within 24 hours of payment clearance. Emergency orders will be executed within 4 hours, subject to logistical capacity.
• Quality Standards: NOC Emirates guarantees all fuel meets UAE federal quality standards. Upon delivery, the customer must sign a receipt of quality validation.
• Liability: NOC Emirates is not responsible for operational delays caused by force majeure event scenarios, refinery closures, or custom delays.

2. NOC Token & Stellar Ledger Terms

The NOC Token is a blockchain-native utility token issued on the Stellar network. By holding or purchasing NOC, you agree:

• No Financial Guarantee: The NOC Token is collateralized against verified oil reserves, but is subject to price fluctuations on the open exchange. It is not an interest-bearing security.
• Blockchain Transaction Finality: All transactions executed on the Stellar ledger are immutable. NOC Emirates cannot reverse, clawback (except in cases of documented compliance events), or edit ledger history.
• Wallet Responsibility: You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and wallet access (e.g., LOBSTR, Ledger). NOC Emirates cannot recover lost keys.

3. Regulatory & AML/KYC Compliance

NOC Emirates enforces compliance protocols strictly. We reserve the right to suspend corporate delivery accounts or freeze blockchain token movement via Stellar issuer clawback flags if we detect:

• Sanctioned wallet addresses or connections to illicit funding sources.
• Submission of fraudulent corporate records during onboarding.
• Violation of UAE commercial law or international anti-laundering regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary software, code, logos, documentation, designs, and content featured on this platform are owned exclusively by NOC Emirates. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any page content without prior written consent.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
